Q: What types of products do you offer?
A: We offer charity clothing and accessories in the colors of our project: t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, caps, mugs and more.
Q: Are the clothes good quality?
A: Yes, all our textiles are carefully selected for their comfort, durability, and ethical manufacturing. The prints are high-quality and wash-resistant.
Q: How do I choose my size?
A: A size guide is available on each product page. If you are unsure, please go up a size for comfort.

A: We don't currently offer individual customization, but it may come in the future!
🚚 DELIVERY & RETURNS
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We deliver throughout mainland France. For international delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Generally, allow 5 to 10 working days after validation of your order.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn, unwashed product in its original packaging.
Q: Who pays the return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless we make an error (defect or incorrect item).

Q: What are the profits used for?
A: All profits go towards funding our sensory project for children with ASD/ADHD: fitting out yurts, adapted equipment, sensory garden, etc.

A: We are a committed initiative based in Doué-en-Anjou, dedicated to the well-being of neuroatypical children and their families.
